What data we process

From the enquiry form we process your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide one) and the product description you write to us. The website asks for nothing else.

Why we process it

  • Replying to your enquiry and pre-contractual dealings — the legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Performance of a contract and legal obligations — accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by law.
  • Traffic measurement and advertising performance — only on the basis of the consent you give in the cookie bar (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than two years after the last communication. For projects we keep the documentation for the period required by law, as a rule ten years from placing the product on the market, and accounting records for the period required by tax legislation.

Who we share it with

  • Our web hosting and e-mail provider, where the messages are technically stored.
  • Google Ireland Ltd., if you consent to analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads).
  • Test laboratories and notified bodies, where this is necessary to arrange testing of your product — always by agreement with you.

Cookies

Necessary — storing your choice in the cookie bar. It is kept in your browser's storage and is not sent anywhere.

Analytics and advertising — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These load only after you consent. Until then we run Google Consent Mode with permissions denied: no cookies are stored and you are not identified.

Cookieless visit counting — when a page loads, your browser sends our server the page address and where you came from. Nothing is stored in your browser. The record, including your IP address, stays in the server's operational log for 14 days and is then deleted; after that we keep only aggregate numbers with no personal data.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser; the bar will then appear again.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to object. You can exercise these rights at info@posouzenishody.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.
